Personality:
•Quiet, sly, and resourceful; Raizel likes to keep to the shadows where it'll conceal him from his victims and the authorities. Being an assassin and a thief, his dirty work isn't always appreciated. He never lets things go to waste, often found picking up seemingly useless items others throw away or don't want and making it into something useful most of the time. Like a hyena, he will usually use up whatever you don't want/leave behind.
He's not really a chatty person, unless he considers you as someone close to him.

•Raizel doesn't like to converse with strangers too much; he doesn't know who to trust, who will help him and who will stab him in the back in the long run. But if you catch his attention and befriend him, he will warm up to you quickly _{if you show loyal potential} and will help you as much as he could.

•Manipulatively devious, Rai loves to play tricks and joke around a lot. Instead of the boring, cliche way to kill someone (a.k.a stab in the chest with a knife), he'd rather lay out an elaborate "chess game", planning out the victim's death and aftermath with "fun" twists.
Another thing he likes to do is mock others. He and his pet mockingbird can go for hours taunting others and watching them get furious.

•He is loyal to those he respects, and those he looks up to.
He also has a kind side; he will not steal from others that are suffering like he does on a good day.

History: It's quite a tl;dr.. I'm warning you...
Raizel was born in Xana. His upbringing was difficult – a dead father and an insane mother did not help it. His father had had enough of starvation and poverty, ultimately killing himself when the hopelessness got too much (about when Rai was 10). His mother was a nice and polite woman. She tried to cope with what she though was his father's "abandonment" and decided to sell everything that his father had had. They almost made it through two more months until Raizel's mother heard about a lottery-like game going at a pub in Xana. She went there and betted all her money, gambling, thinking she had a chance at striking the big one until she had no more to spend. And she had had her hope up big time...
Raizel was furious (by that time, he was almost 12) and smacked his mother across the face out of hatred.
"How could you do this to our family!? Gambling away all our money when we could've lived for another year!"
He had enough of it all. But no, suicide was not the answer... Raizel left his now madly insane mother to fend or die for herself. He decided to go on his own, stealing food from pubs and marketplaces as he did. He was just a thief then, not an assassin just yet...
...And speaking of assassins, there were a few close calls with a few of them that he had... one of them very significant.
Raizel was trudging along, so dizzy from dehydration and hunger that he didn't notice the almost silent footsteps pattering along the pavement behind him. The assassins weren't very far, and they could distinguish a weakling easily... and a sick Raizel was definitely one of them.
It was almost too quick to be true; now a heavy pounding of footsteps, the sound of a long blade sliding out from its sheath, and--
If Rai hadn't turned around at the last second, he would've lost his life. But he was more fortunate instead, he only lost an eye. It was gouged out from its socket, a bloody mess, all caused by the assassin's blade. Raizel let out a hoarse cry of overwhelming pain and shame and agony, falling to the ground.
This is the end..., he thought.
But he thought wrong.
Blurred through the tears hazing his vision, a black blur and the silver sheen of a blade sliced through the air in front of him. Then came all the red, the horrible red blood that gushed onto his ragged clothes. And then that's when he blacked out.

"You alright?" A boy's hesitant voice called out to him.
Raizel felt like he was living in hell right now, but he started to open his ey-- He started suddenly, reaching up to touch his right eye. All he felt were bandages, and then a hollow dip beneath them. He felt like screaming but he kept his mouth shut in a scowl. With his left eye he looked around. A boy about 17 (about 5 years older than him) was watching him warily.
"Hm... yeah.." Raizel lied.
This boy turned out to be named Kio. Kio was a bounty hunter who had been trying to hunt down those certain men from before for years. "They're big shames to this whole place," he said, "because they prey on the weak and kill mercilessly. I could never get them before because they would always almost melt into the shadows. But they were so intent on killing you that they didn't notice me."
The two befriended eventually, helping one another and travelling together.. then one day Kio died. The people that had killed Kio were still alive... and Raizel vowed to end their lives. But he couldn't find any traces of where they could've gone.
He had learned things from Kio and managed to live off of what he stole and what he got for selling what he stole. That brings us to now.
(sorry for the super long history/abrupt ending!)

Pets: Res (short for Resonance) is Raizel's pet mockingbird he had befriended on his journey. He has a big liking for these birds because of their mocking attitudes that are much like his own.

Facts: He laughs like a spotted hyena, though he is a striped hyena hybrid.
He acknowledges Hayden ([link]) as his leader but also respects Kaivalanth ([link]).
Prone to spastic moments.
His main leader is Myrron, he is part of the Order... [link]

A little boy that Raizel considers as a little brother. Rai is protective of him.

ohf***this Some kid that somehow keeps popping into Rai's life. Raizel's nickname for Orion is Shota and does not enjoy having this kid near him, as it usually signals something horrible's gonna happen in his opinion.

A girl he met/ate with one day. He gained respect for her after she stood up for him and taught him how to eat/drink properly lololol. Raizel sees her as an older sister.

Another girl he met/half-ate with one day. He warmed up to Sale quickly when she offered to buy him and Sophia dinner one day to eat together. Raizel feels kind of intimidated by Sale but puts up with it.

Raizel feels as if Myrron were a good friend. He gets along good with Myrron and respects him equally as his foremost leader. He likes Myrron's quiet personality.

Raizel treats Nikku as a close friend or a sister. He often tries to comfort Nik whenever she loses her cool, and likes to hang around her.
Nakku, on the other hand... Rai gets quite intimidated. But he tries to ignore that feeling.
